Artificial Intelligence is the issue of our time. iHuman offers a unique perspective at the cutting-edge of this technology by presenting audiences with insight into both positive and negative aspects.
Think-Film partnered with iHuman from an early stage as co-producers :
- Narratively advocating for a human-centred AI policy approach at targeted tech policy conferences helped infuse knowledge and ideas into the film’s narrative, solidified relationships with key stakeholders for ongoing film promotion, and built critical word-of-mouth film interest.
- A 2019 G7 side-event at the British Embassy in Paris connected tech industry leaders with UNESCO and European-wide policymakers and seeded “human-centred AI” as language which later underpinned the EU’s pioneering AI Regulation.
- Early Cannes and Berlinale festival panels secured a global film sales agent and distribution, and helped place a prominent IDFA world premiere with 700 guests and a special livestream interview with whistleblower Edward Snowden – plus four other sold-out screenings.
Following the film’s release, we continued to leverage it for global impact action. As a result :
- Fact-based social messaging and expert op-eds achieved over 100k reach.
- Global corporations using AI started to use the film for staff training.
